2) Are you ok with your grey not being covered? (This answer doesn’t have to be yes or no but helps me decide where to go from there)
3) If you decide to go back to a bright blonde there will be a transitional period back to that. Is that ok with you?
4) Do you want to maintain lightness around your face and when you pull it back?
5) You may need to switch your home maintenance. So be prepared to chat home products!
6)Depending on where we are starting and what your natural is we may have to find an inspiration picture that best fits you if you don’t plan to make this a permanant transition!

Hello friends! Just wanted to give a heads up that at the moment I’m currently booked for all of December and most of January. As we move in to the new year I will be adjusting my schedule to having every other Saturday off which means it’s filling up fast! If you have the availability to book out a few appointments that is always recommended. And if you don’t find your first choice spot always add yourself to the waitlist because things change weekly! Thank you all for another wonderful year and continued support!

Thought it was a good time to update the pinned picture📌 let’s talk three fun facts you may not know about me! And if you’ve been around long enough maybe you do!

1) I’m left handed…and so is my dad and his dad and it looks like maybe my daughter will be! Being a lefty is a tiny bit of the reason I’m not the biggest fan of cutting hair. Learning to cut hair was opposite for me! It was much harder to learn watching someone do things and then say “ok you’re a lefty so just flip it” over time I’ve taught myself and gotten way more comfortable but if I ever take a class I’ll constantly ask “ok which way is my hand since I’m lefty?”

2)Big true crime fan. If you want to talk about true crime in my chair I’m all ears and probably have stayed up late googling facts about every case

3) I’m petrified of flying. Hate airplanes. Any time I book a flight I will mentally count down until that flight. And then I’ll have nightmares for a week leading up to it and then when I get on the flight I’m usually the person gripping the arm rest. I have to have a window seat. Makes me feel more in control?

In all seriousness over the past year and a half our goal has been to create an environment that people want to work in. One with compassion, empathy, growth, structure, and understanding. Salons get a bad rap for being toxic work places. That is no secret in our industry. And it’s the reason the three of us left the big salon industry in the first place. But when we came together and decided to open our own we knew we wanted to change that. I’ve realized over time that it starts with us. Protecting our peace is important for ourselves and our team and I’m so proud of the culture we’ve built and the times we’ve said “this is the industry standard. What can we do different. And what would we want differently if we were the employee.” Happy service providers = happy guests.

Which would you rather have when you pull your hair up? This guests told me she couldn’t wear her hair up with her current extensions because they showed! We fixed that🙂
