Hello everyone and happy Tuesday!!! I hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend!!!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I was just trying to get back settled in!! So here is the update I feel like you’ve all been waiting on… katieshairdesigns.booksy.com/a/
First… You’ve all made me feel so special and loved throughout this past year!! I appreciate all of you that stuck with me and came back after my 6 week break for surgery!! It was a very long 6 weeks for me personally, but your check-ins and your loyalty mean more to me than you will ever know!! So thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! ❤️
Today marks 9 weeks since I came back to work since my wrist surgery! I must say, it’s felt good to be back!! I was nervous, but your support and patience has helped me tremendously! After 9 weeks, I still have some “ooohh, don’t do that” or “ouch that didn’t feel good” moments, but they are more rare than often and for that I am thankful!! 🥹 I absolutely love what I do and couldn’t imagine doing anything else, even though through recovery I thought I’d never cut again 💔. (It was scary and rough) I am so thankful to be where I am today in my wrist recovery journey even though I know I may never be fully 100% again, I’ll take what I can get and am grateful!
My books are fully open Wednesday-Saturday throughout the end of the year!! It may only be the 2nd week of September, but the holidays will be here before we know it so let’s get you in now and get you tentatively scheduled through the end of 2026!!

Good afternoon everyone!! 👋🏻
I’m missing you all so very much!!! 💇🏻‍♀️💇🏻💇🏼‍♀️💇🏼
Thank you to all of you who have reached out to check on me, I’ve appreciated that so so very much!! 🥰🥰
It’s been 3 weeks today since my wrist surgery. Recovery has been slow, but is going well according to my doctor. He did a lot of work in there in two different spots, so it is still very very tinder in some areas for sure! I still have quite the way to go, but I’m hopeful!! I go back to see my surgeon on June 30th and will have a better idea as to when I will be returning to work. But as of right now I have opened my books for Tuesday July 7th, in hopes that I will be released and ready to go!!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
I would greatly appreciate your continued prayers for a smooth recovery so that I can get back to doing what I absolutely love and get back to all of you, my amazing clients!!! ❤️🥰
Thank you again, for all of your love and support throughout all of this!!!
🚨Remember, if you are in dire need of an appointment before I return, please reach out to me personally so that I can make arrangements for you!!! 615-600-9516
🤳📲 And feel free to go ahead and book your appointment for my return the week of July 7, Lord willing!!!

Good morning everyone!!! I’m sure you’ve been waiting on an update about my newest MRI for my wrist, I have too.. after 3 weeks of waiting, I finally found out yesterday afternoon I will have to have surgery on my wrist.. 😢 I’m quite devastated by the news, but hopeful that this surgery will fix the pain I have been working with the last 9 months since the wreck and save my career!!! It has not been easy, but I appreciate each and every one of you for being on this journey with me and supporting me throughout it all!! Your loyalty, support, prayers and love mean so much to me, you truly have no idea!! I do not have specifics as to when surgery will be just yet as we are waiting on some things, but it will be as soon as possible and the recovery time is 4-5 weeks.. I will update you all as I learn more information, but I wanted to let you all know now so we can try to get you in before my surgery (in the next week or so)! If you already have appointments scheduled throughout the next month and a half, I may be reaching out to you very soon to get you in sooner or may need to reschedule you for when I return to work (depending on your preference). I just ask for your patience throughout this process, and for some extra prayers please.. Thank you all so much! I’ll update again as I know more information. ❤️‍🩹

Good morning everyone and Happy Monday!!
I just wanted to update you, if you haven’t been in recently, I’m going back in for a special more advanced MRI today on my wrist.. The pain since the wreck just hasn’t gone away and I need answers as to what’s going on in there! I appreciate all of you and your patience throughout all of this, my decent days and my bad days, you’re all so incredible to me!!! I’m so thankful for each and every one of you!! But, today I’d like to ask you all for some more prayers.. I’m thankful my doctor is pushing for this MRI Arthrogram but I’m already nervous about the results.. I’ll keep you all posted as I find out more.. 🤍
