Add some olive oil and dash of garlic salt and bake for 20 min. 400 degrees. Cook longer if you want crispy. Sweet potato is a good alternative to white potatoes. When the weather cools down I feel like making soup again. Since my daughter Serena asked me to make my homemade chicken soup I made a big batch so I can give away to others. I use whole chicken and whole cloves of garlic and diced carrots onions celery and potatoes. Season with sea salt, pepper and lots of parsley.
