First time trying the cabbage detox soup and honestly… not bad at all 👀🥬✨ Super easy recipe, didn’t take forever, and definitely gave “quick healthy meal” vibes. I’m giving it a solid 7/10 because it needed a little more flavor for me 😭 BUT next time? I’m turning it into a gumbo-inspired version because I know it has potential 🔥🍲

My first ASMR 🥰 But I was supposed to go to the gym, but I wanted to switch up the scenery a little ✨ So I took my workout to the Beltline instead 🤍

Sometimes a good walk, fresh air, and moving your body outside just hits different. Started getting my cardio in, then the rain showed up, so I stopped for some Rreal tacos 🌮 and kept the day going anyway.

A little movement and a little food therapy never hurt nobody 😂✨
