Rae joins us as a hairstylist specializing in grooming, short hair, cutting, soft color and balayage looks as well.

She has 20 years of high end salon experience. She is sought after for her modern barbering techniques and creating iconic styles. Rae is a Master Barber and has worked in salon education as a Baxter of California Brand Educator🤗

She began her stylist journey in Ghent and then moved on to an award winning Chicago salon. After the move to the Windy City, she completed a year long immersive training focused on modern cut and color techniques. This experience reinvigorated a passion for women’s hair💕

Rae is a Hampton Roads Native. She loves living at the beach with her husband and son.
