I think it’s time to reintroduce myself!

Hi! 👋 I’m Shelby Lowry (bybee) I’m the owner of obsidian hair, studio and obsidian hair extensions.
I’m absolutely terrible with making post, but I promise I’m still here!
I own and operate a small luxury salon suite!
Don’t worry that luxury name comes with an affordable price tag though! I’ll always strive to be as affordable as I can be.
And I’ll always strive to have clean, affordable products!

I specialize in creative block colors, lived in color, long hair design, balayage and Extensions! I also hold certifications in product education, Brazilian blowout services x3, and makeup! I absolutely love my bridal clients and only take on 6-12 a year ! As I strive to be there for you guys! (Literally! I’ll be in Italy one day and at your wedding the next!)

A little about me outside of the salon:
I am a PROUD military spouse, and will tell you all about my husband.
I’m a mother of 6, yes 6. I have four angle babies, and 2 that walk side by side with me and my hubby. You’ll hear me talk about all of them. Openly and proudly.
I’m also a little crazy and have four large dogs!
I absolutely love nature, and love being outside. The only thing more calming than my husbands voice to me, is the sound of the ocean. Which ironically, I’m terrified of.
I have 46 tattoos and counting. Undecided if it’s a large number 😂 my 12 year old says no, but I have 85% of my body covered. I just hide them well.
Old cars and tattoos are my hubbies outside of travel.
If I’m not in the salon or at home with my babies. You’ll probably find my family somewhere in Italy 🇮🇹 maybe bisiting or !
