We recommend that our guests arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their first salon or spa service to allow adequate changing and relaxation time. In the event of a late arrival, please understand that each reservation is scheduled precisely and will end on time. While not always feasible, we do strive to accommodate the unexpected while not delaying or effecting the following guest’s services. Attire
Spa guests are provided with complimentary use of bathrobes, sandals and disposable undergarments. Our spa professionals are trained in proper draping to ensure your modesty is respected at all times. Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Series are available for any service we offer; purchase 5 of any one service and receive the 6th complimentary. We honor our teachers, students, military and senior guest 10% off any one service. While gratuity is left to your discretion, it may only be left by cash, check, or (depending on the technican) venmo. Gift Cards
Available for any dollar amount. Gift cards may be purchased in-store, by phone, or online. They are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. Spa Boutique
All salon and spa products used during your treatments are available for purchase for your continued use at home. Recreate your experience or find a unique gift in our extensive boutique at Changes City Spa. Quality of Service and Products
If we fail to meet your expectations at anytime, we encourage you to let us know. Products may be returned, with moderate use, within 10 days of purchase for salon credit only. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept a return on hair or cosmetic brushes. The Sound of Silence
For the consideration of others and to preserve our ambiance of peace and tranquility, Changes City Spa is a cell phone-free environment, and we request that noise be kept to a minimum. Our spa is an adult environment. Children are only permitted when receiving a service, and a guardian’s presence may be requested depending upon the service. The minimum age requirement for body and skin treatments is 18, unless accompanied by a guardian. Options are available for our younger guests; please inquire further for more information.
