The restoration of blood flow and movement in these areas will be a huge relief. The fascia release treatment can create surface bruising and tenderness and this is nothing to be alarmed about. The bruising is from the restoration of the blood flow to the ‘concreted’ or ‘inflamed’ area(s) being working on. Here are some basic steps to follow after treatment.

- Please drink PLENTY of water to flush out toxins
- Take an Epsom Salt Bath to further pull out toxins and aid recovery
- Use Arnica on the tender areas or where there is any bruising
- Keep moving and stretching to maintain flexibility
- Drink / Eat Anti-Inflammatory foods to aid healing, these include:
• Adding turmeric, cayenne, to foods
• Green leafy vegtables, bone broth
• Herbal Teas (ginger, turmeric, tulsi, etc.)
• Minimize processed, salty foods, sugary foods, and alcohol
