Facial massage has become one of my favorite parts of the treatment room lately.
We are all so stressed and burdened with the day to day worries of life and this treatment truly allows you to just melt into the moment and come back into your body.
The dim lighting, the warmth, the quiet, the slow intentional movements, and the noise-canceling headphones playing soft, lo-fi music so you can fully disconnect and immerse yourself in the experience. 🌙
