I’m an exercise physiologist. My job is to evaluate the individual standing in front of me, apply science, experience, and critical thinking, and build a program around their goals—not force them into a corporate script.
When personal training becomes micromanaged by policies, quotas, and standardized procedures, the trainer’s professional judgment is diminished. The relationship shifts away from individualized coaching and toward compliance with a business model.
I didn’t spend years studying exercise physiology to become someone who simply follows a checklist. I became a coach to assess, educate, adapt, and deliver results based on the person—not a corporate template.
The best trainers don’t create dependency on a corporation. They create independence, confidence, and lasting results in the client.

I’m Roxy.
