I just wanted to share this little video clip of my journey through healing. This is my 30 day adventure of Being Intentional at the end of my weekly check-ins. Do something new at the end of each week. I created this journal to heal from grief after losing my sister. I had slipped into a deep depression & didn't even know it until I was at a routine check up with my doctor. She asked me that one question, "Are you ok?" I was not. After going through the proper channels to heal, I decided to make it a point to ask the same question to my friends & family. Hopefully my video can encourage & uplight you to Be Intentional with Self ❤
