We are so excited to introduce Sound Therapy Sessions with Lindsi at Oodelah! ✨


Lindsi Lou is a grounded guide and sound practitioner who creates immersive experiences for women's nervous systems. Through sound therapy, energy work, breathwork, and somatic nervous system regulation, she guides women out of survival mode and into a felt sense of safety, steadiness, and self trust.

Her sound sessions are designed as a full body experience, layering sound and vibration to invite the nervous system to soften, slow down, and settle. Every session is built to meet a woman where she is and give her body permission to rest.

As a Globally Certified Recovery Coach, trauma informed facilitator, breathwork educator, and somatic nervous system educator, Lindsi grounds her work in real training and certification. She is Reiki attuned at Level 3 and holds a Level 2 sound therapy certification. Her credentials are the foundation of what she offers, while her lived experience shapes the warmth, patience, and depth she brings to every woman she works with. She speaks openly about her own recovery and spent three years mentoring at Oklahoma's only sober high school, and that steadiness carries into the room with her.
