It’s officially rebooking season and we’re getting busier, so stop in to relax!
A little behind the scenes of an appointment that didn’t happen today. 🤍
I had already begun custom blending this Facial Infusion when my appointment time came and went.
This isn’t meant to shame anyone life happens. Plans change. Kids get sick. Things come up. I understand that more than you know.
But I also want to share the side of small business that you don’t always see.
When you reserve an appointment with me, I reserve that time specifically for you. I prepare my room, my products, my protocol and, sometimes, your treatment before you ever walk through the door.
A last minute cancellation or no show isn’t simply an empty hour on my schedule. It’s an appointment I likely can’t refill, income my business was depending on, and products and preparation that may have already been used.
This summer has been one of the slowest I’ve experienced, with more cancellations and rescheduling than usual. And while I absolutely LOVE what I do, a small business can’t thrive on hopes and dreams alone.
Consistency matters not only for your skin and the results we’re working toward, but for the small businesses you choose to support.
My little studio exists because of my tribe. Every appointment kept, every rebooking, every referral, every product purchase and every kind word keeps these doors open and allows me to continue doing something I truly love.
So if you have an appointment with a small business, please show up for them. And if life happens, communicate as early as you can.
We prepare for you.
