But… how hard is it sometimes to actually GET a service done?! 😂
They have full books, other clients, lives—and sometimes we get bumped or just can’t find a spot. And we totally get it!
But then… what’s the solution?
Do you trade services? Book months ahead? Have staff/owner appointment times? Go to another salon to relax?
