Happy Mother’s Day to all the deserving mothers out there 🤍

I especially want to celebrate the mothers who do it alone. The single mothers who have had to put their own needs, wants, and feelings to the side just to make sure their children are okay. The mothers who carry the weight of the world on their shoulders every single day with little to no support — and still somehow find the strength to get up, show up, and pour love into their kids and themselves.

There’s rarely a reward waiting for us. No applause for the sacrifices, the constant worrying, the emotional load, or the silent battles we fight behind closed doors. Nobody talks enough about the amount of discernment it takes to raise our kids and how isolating that could be. The pressure of making the “right” decisions. The loneliness that can come with motherhood when you’re carrying it mostly on your own.

And if you’re anything like me — if you’ve spent motherhood blaming yourself, questioning your decisions, or feeling like you’re not doing enough — this is your sign to STOP. Mothering is not easy but it is SO WORTH IT!

This is your reminder.
This is your affirmation:
YOU ARE DOING A DAMN GOOD JOB. 🤍

Our children do not need perfection.
They need our love, our presence, and all of our efforts, and strength — and we give that every single day.

So today, give yourself grace.
Be proud of the woman and mother you are becoming.
You deserve to be celebrated. 🌷
