To Our Valued Guests,
It is with a tremendous amount of sadness that I write this letter. After twelve years of serving the North Andover community, Bliss Spa & Salon will close its doors on December 24,2020. Our building has been sold and our lease will terminate with no option to continue in our current location. With only 90 days to relocate and rebuild we have been forced to make the most difficult decision to, permanently close Bliss Spa and Salon in North Andover.
Over the years, Bliss Spa & Salon has maintained an excellent reputation in the community for outstanding and reliable service. Our wish is for that reputation to remain intact after the salon is gone.
We have celebrated engagements, weddings and children together and supported each other through the most trying of times. We have also been blessed with the many friends we have made, you the clients of Bliss. We are all grateful to you for your continued support of our salon. Owning Bliss for the past twelve years has been a heartwarming experience.
What happens now? Your stylists are busy looking for new employment in the area. If you have a pre-booked appointment, they will be contacting you with their new contact information. As they find their new salons, we will be posting their contact information on the Bliss Spa & Salon page in hopes of making this transition as easy as possible. We will no longer be selling gift certificates and we will honor existing gift certificates until the doors close.
Everyone will continue working their regularly scheduled hours through the 24th of December. We will keep the shelves stocked so you can continue to purchase your favorite products as well.
Thank you again for all of your support and friendships. We've had many, many good laughs here over the years and share the best of memories.
