We understand people may get sick and/or things come up but to be fair to everyone, staff and clients, all of our policies will be enforced regardless of circumstances

With last minute cancellations/rescheduling/no shows, our stylists have empty time in their schedules that they are not getting paid for and it is very hard to fill spots with such little/no notice.
