One of the most important things I do to protect my skin, hair and my health is to use a shower filter on my shower head. Every time you take a shower you are breathing in chorine and other chemicals as well absorbing it through your skin.
There are many shower filters on the market today. Look for one with a charcoal or carbon filter. 🚿🛀🏿
