I’m going to the Cape this August. Yippee!!! I haven’t been in quite some time. I plan on spending a lot of time on the beach catching up on my reading.

I recently purchased a tent to avoid the direct sun. I can’t wait to try it out. Look for one that reflects the sun and easy to assemble. A great way to avoid the sun and heat. ☀️

I love perfume. 💕 Floral, Woodsy, Citrus…but I only wear all natural fragrance. It’s so important to wear clean perfume since fragrance has so many chemicals in it and gets absorbed into the bloodstream.
I wear only perfume oils made without parabens, phthalates, sulfates and BHT.

Do you know the lips and ears get sun exposure too? Always protect these areas with a sunscreen. ☀️

Every summer, I purchase two mineral lip balms with SPF 15. One for the lips and one to use on the ears. It’s much easier to apply the sunscreen on the ears with a lip balm. Find one that isn’t sticky. Look for zinc oxide or titanium dioxide in it. 🌞
