One of the most healing and freeing trips I’ve ever been on. So grateful to have had this experience. I made new friends from both CR and other solo travelers. My last meal was at a local soda a friend suggested and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure it even had some onions on it but it was so fu***ng good I didn’t care! Horseback riding, 3 days of surfing, snorkeling, good food, amazing people and new friends!

Beardsgaard has been my home for over 6 years. It has been a safe and comfortable home for me where I have been able to learn and grow as a barber. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. Natalie and Tyler have made me a better barber and cultivated a supportive environment that has made it possible for me to start this next chapter of my career. I am opening a shop of my own in North Aurora on the corner of Orchard and Randall. It’s a one chair shop called The Bowery Barber Studio where I will be my own boss and I am looking forward to seeing you there! My last day at Beardsgaard is October 11th and my first day open Is October 16th! My online booking is open. Thank you all for being on this journey with me and for all your encouragement, support and loyalty. I so appreciate everyone who has ever sat in my chair and who has trusted me over the years.
