Women with average risk:
Start annual mammograms at age 40.
Continue screening every other year until age 74
Women with increased risk:
Discuss screening options with a healthcare provider based on factors such as family history, genetic mutations, and dense breasts

Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all your meds and what they are for.
Here are some tips and tricks
1. ALWAYS ask your providers why they are prescribing a medication and write it down
2. Write all medications on paper or in the notes app on your phone. Don’t forget to include dosage/frequency and why you are on the medications. Carry the list in your purse or wallet
3. Present your med list at every appointment and have every provider update the list if any changes are made to your medications
