“Things have changed
And yet, they haven’t.
Saturday morning cartoons
Became Saturday morning video games
Drinking from a hose is like drinking from the tap
Going to the movies swapped to streaming from the comfort of your own home, and that family of 5 no longer has to sneak in their snacks
Hotels upgraded to Airbnb’s, camping stays untouched but now the s’mores have Pinterest recipes for variety
Bike ride gangs can still be seen pedaling the 209, but here in the 541, bikes are a planned outing on a mountain or trail
Youth are still kind, once you get to know them, our slam books were exchanged for the snaps and the photo albums swapped for the gram
My eyes still see, but glasses are required for clarity. My ears still hear most of the conversation, my legs still carry me to the places I desire to go, just a little slower.
War is still horrifyingly tragic, but instead of reading updates in the paper, we watch reels in real time making the battle feel all too close to home.
Church moms still gather their families whether in the pews or streaming over the net. They pray diligently for their loved ones.
Home is still our focus, our joy, our peace, our goal. Loved ones still grow too fast, holidays still reunite us together. Phone calls, although rare, still hit different than a text, snail mail still more special than an email. Some things inevitably change, not for the better or the worse, just different. But somethings, like Christmas before the morning frenzy, never change.
May you, reading this post, find joy in the peace of knowing our Lord has come as a babe, walking in human sovereignty, to help us face the changes still yet to come. Merry Christmas to all, fear not-let the glory shine around you and let HIS peace rest to your favor.”

Apple test to see which vitamins are working:
How to do the apple test:
1) Get an organic apple
2) Drop it in purified water
3) Drop your multi in there
4) Leave for 48 hours - 5 days
Why you should do the apple test?
1) If your vitamin is working it should protect the apple from OXIDATION!
2) Oxidation is what leads to degenerative disease and illness.
3) Your vitamin is an ANTI OXIDANT!!
4) Anti-Oxidants should protect the apple if they are high quality!
Don't just trust the label...
