Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it can also ask a lot from your body. As your baby grows, your body changes right along with them, each trimester bringing something different.

Early pregnancy may bring fatigue and tension. As your belly grows, your posture shifts, your muscles and joints work differently, and aches and discomfort may become more noticeable. By the final weeks, finding a comfortable position, getting quality rest, and simply moving through the day can become more challenging.

That’s why consistent prenatal massage can be so important. Your massage can be adjusted as your body changes, allowing each session to focus on what you need right now; whether that’s relaxation, easing muscle tension, supporting comfort, or simply having some quiet time to slow down and focus on yourself.

Carolina School of Bodywork Fundraiser for Mina

Join us at Carolina School of Bodywork on Saturday September 26th and Sunday September 27th as Instructors and Alumni come together to support our colleague, Mina.

Mina has been on a health journey for several months seeking answers and procedures for what she is experiencing. Not only is she an active LMT in our community, but she is one of our caring instructors molding the minds of future LMTs in our classroom. She has largely been unable to work physically and needs our support.

If you’ve never taken a proctored standardized test before, you know how stressful that is. You must be early because on time is late. 😵‍💫

Now imagine that your CAR BREAKS DOWN on the way! So you get your car towed to a shop, call the testing center and hope for mercy, and then order an Uber. The testing center says they will take you up to 30 minutes late and it’s right before rush hour. 🫣😖

So not only is Anderson incredibly lucky, but we can attest that he problem solves like a pro! 😎

Mina has been an Instructor here since 2023, but I first met her when she walked into my classroom in 2017. Have you ever met someone and knew instantly that your paths were meant to cross, and that perhaps you already knew them? That’s what knowing Mina feels like. Your soul recognizes hers. ✨

Mina has always made everyone she serves feel seen and heard, and makes sure they get what they need. Unfortunately Mina’s health has taken the driver’s seat and she needs our help to travel down the road to recovery so she can get back to doing what she loves.
