Every Thursday
A 75-minute practice designed to help you slow down, connect with your body, and leave feeling a little lighter.
We begin with meditation or reflection before moving into a gentle warm-up and a short, dynamic flow. Each class includes a playful challenge or exploration of a peak pose, an opportunity to build strength, curiosity, and confidence without taking ourselves too seriously.
We’ll gradually slow things down with a long, nourishing cool-down before settling into a spacious Savasana.

Sometimes I absolutely love creating an intentional playlist but don't need it to be the core of class. I don't feel the pressure to have a new one each time. There's something beautiful about repetition. A lot of the time I want something rhythmic and steady with no words.
For me the external noise is not necessarily what I'm after, I'm cuing inward to help notice sensations in the body. Sometimes songs bring me out of embodiment. Sometimes it helps cancel out the noise in our head. Some styles of yoga practice in silence.
Either way I'm just looking for more simplicity these days and a CD seems nice right about now.
It's not that serious just a fun conversation starter.
