Morning prayer of healing 🙏
Heavenly Father,
Today I lift up every person carrying pain, uncertainty, fear, or exhaustion.
Bring peace where there is anxiety.
Bring strength where there is weakness.
Bring hope where there is discouragement.
And bring healing where healing is needed most.
Guide us to care for the bodies You’ve entrusted to us, to seek wisdom, and to remember that true healing begins with You.
Whether healing comes quickly or one small step at a time, help us trust Your perfect timing and never lose hope.
We promise to keep You in the center of all we do. Continue to work in us and through us.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen. 🤍
Standing ground where hope can be found.
We love you.

Hair Analysis Isn’t About Selling Supplements
One of the biggest misconceptions is that when we talk about nutrition and hair analysis, it’s because we’re trying to sell supplements.
It’s actually the opposite.
Our goal is to help you understand what’s happening inside your body so you can make informed decisions instead of guessing or spending money on products that may not benefit you.
How do you know if you need magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, or something else? How do you know if your body is even utilizing what you’re taking?
Without information, it’s all just guesswork.
At THE WELL CELL, our first recommendation will always be food.
The body was designed to receive nourishment through the digestive system. Real, whole foods provide not only vitamins and minerals but also the enzymes, cofactors, and nutrients that work together the way God intended.
Hair analysis simply gives us a roadmap. It helps identify areas of imbalance so we can guide you toward the foods your body needs right now and, when appropriate, recommend targeted supplementation as a temporary tool—not a lifelong dependency.
We see too many people investing hundreds of dollars in supplements their body doesn’t need while the underlying imbalance remains unchanged.
Our mission isn’t to sell supplements.
Our mission is to provide answers, educate you about your body, and help you restore cellular health through personalized nutrition, lifestyle changes, and only the support that is truly needed.
Because healing begins with understanding, and the body was wonderfully designed to thrive when given what it needs.
We love you.

📱 **How often is your phone touching your body?**
Front pocket.
Back pocket.
Bra.
Yoga pants.
Tucked under your pillow.
On the nightstand inches from your head.
For many of us, our phones are in contact with our bodies for 12–16 hours every day.
Research continues to explore the biological effects of long-term exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs). While scientists continue to study the long-term implications, many health professionals agree on one simple principle:
**If you can reduce unnecessary exposure without disrupting your life, why not?**
A few easy habits:
✔️ Use speakerphone or earbuds for long conversations.
✔️ Keep your phone in a purse or bag instead of a pocket when possible.
✔️ Don't sleep with your phone under your pillow or against your body.
✔️ Charge your phone across the room at night instead of on your bed.
✔️ Turn on Airplane Mode when you don't need to be connected.
None of these changes are expensive or complicated, and they may help reduce one more source of stress in our increasingly connected world.
At The Well Cell, we're passionate about helping people create healthier daily habits—not through fear, but through education and informed choices.
Sometimes the smallest changes become the foundation for the biggest improvements.

Breast Implant Illness?
I understand because I lived it.
Explant is the first step. Then what?
While plastic surgeons are promoting spring specials for breast augmentation, I can’t help but think about the women quietly searching for answers after theirs.
I know because I was one of them.
This post isn’t meant to create fear. It’s meant to create hope.
It is simply my story.
For years, I searched for answers.
My labs were normal.
My imaging was normal.
Every test came back “fine.”
Yet I knew my body wasn’t.
I was exhausted. Inflamed. Living with brain fog, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety, muscle aches, and a body that no longer felt like my own.
Eventually, I collected diagnoses instead of answers.
Fibromyalgia.
Depression.
Chronic fatigue.
Anxiety.
The solution always seemed to be another medication. Another referral. Another treatment aimed at managing symptoms instead of asking why they were happening.
So I made a decision.
I refused the medications and stopped the endless doctor visits.
Instead, I spent hours…
that turned into days…
that turned into months…
that turned into years…
Reading.
Researching.
Learning.
Trying.
Failing.
Starting over.
Because when you’re exhausted and your brain isn’t working the way it should, finding your way back takes even longer.
And here’s the part no one talks about…
Because you look fine, people struggle to believe there’s anything wrong.
Friends tell you to get more sleep.
Family tells you to relax.
Doctors tell you your labs are normal.
Slowly, you begin to question yourself.
You feel like you’re dying a slow death, but because there isn’t a diagnosis that everyone recognizes, there is very little understanding and even less compassion.
It’s lonely.
No one knows how to help because no one understands what you’re experiencing.
You start losing pieces of yourself.
The wife.
The mother.
The friend.
The woman who used to laugh.
Eventually, you lose something even more dangerous.
Hope.
And without hope, there is no forward motion.
My marriage might have survived if I had been healthy enough to fight for it. Instead, I was simply trying to survive each day.
Some mornings, getting out of bed took everything I had.
How do you explain to young boys that Mommy loves them more than anything when she can’t even explain what’s happening to herself?
You’re supposed to be their protector.
Their provider.
Their safe place.
Instead, you’re just trying to make it through another day.
The hardest part wasn’t what I lost.
It was what my boys lost.
They lost years with their mom.
My explant surgery was in 2018.
I thought removing the implants would be the finish line.
It wasn’t.
It was the beginning of learning how to support my body instead of fighting against it.
That journey became one of the driving forces behind Guided Cellular Restoration™.
Together, Kate Zink, RN, FNTP and I combined our personal experiences, clinical backgrounds, and passion for education to create a program designed to help people understand what their bodies have been trying to say all along.
We believe symptoms are messages, not inconveniences to be silenced.
We believe education creates empowerment.
We believe healing is a journey that no one should have to walk alone.
I lost years of my life.
My boys lost years with their mom.
I had to figure it out on my own.
You don’t have to.
If you’re preparing for explant surgery…
If you’ve already had an explant but still don’t feel like yourself…
If you’ve been told your labs are normal but you know something isn’t right…
If you’re exhausted from searching for answers…
Please don’t give up.
You deserve to be heard.
You deserve to be educated.
You deserve support.
And most of all…
You deserve hope.
Explant is the first step. Restoration is the journey.
