Repaired, connected and ready for business!

We have no power at the salon yet and unable to open. Anxiously waiting for our repairs to be approved to get connected. I know many are still without power in their homes as well. My salon has survived three major hurricanes and a pandemic, and we’re still in business. So we’re hanging in there!

Wednesday, October 12th…Inspected, approved and electric is connected! We are up and running!
Update Tuesday October 11th…our electrical riser is repaired, approved and have called in for a reconnection order. No timeline given, but hoping soon! I will contact all to confirm or reschedule your appointment as soon as we are powered up!
Our riser is repaired and waiting for an inspection scheduled for Monday, October 10th (soonest available). Let’s hope they don’t require upgrades to newer codes during these impossible times!

We thought we were making progress today getting our electric connection ready for LCEC, but we were told we cannot connect without an emergency permit from a county office that is not open….

Fortunately the roof debris isn’t mine, unfortunately it damaged my electrical connection.

No flood or structural damage. We have no power and damage to the electrical connection, so I will post updates.
