Just a reminder that It’s OK to fall apart sometimes 🧡 Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Depression & anxiety go wayyyyy deeper than just having a sad day. We fight it & it’s a daily struggle. We see & hear more & more people that are carrying the weight of this FU**ED UP world on their shoulders & feel a sense of hopelessness. You’re NOT alone. Some people are just wired differently. If you need medication, TAKE IT. If you need to talk to someone, REACH OUT. Show EMOTION in a world that tells you your wrong everyday for thinking everything you do. It’s OK. GO AHEAD & CRY. LET IT OUT. DON’T GIVE UP. It’s taken me a long time to accept it, but there is absolutely NO SHAME in talking about it, taking care of yourself & your mental health. I SEE YOU. I FEEL YOU. If you are an infrequent shampooer & when it’s time for a wash, you need to get in there with more than one shampoo. You don’t ever need to get squeaky clean & you shouldn’t focus on your ends. Scrub that scalp! Lather up! The scalp is where everything builds up and that is what needs to get clean.
