My wash days tend to fall Wednesdays & Saturdays. On those days I always do a double Shampoo. The first wash is more for breaking through any product build up the second wash is for the scalp. Then I get as much water out of my hair as possible - it’s best to towel dry, then apply a hair masque of choice. The final Step is always conditioner ( if needed after the masque ). Cool water always locks in the moisture at the end for your final rinse. I’d say if you have fine hair skip the conditioner but I always need it! How often are you guys washing your hair? Lmk if you have any questions about products or your scalp.
