I get it — sometimes PMU can look intimidating at first. It can appear bold, dark, or even a bit warm immediately after the procedure depending on the client and their skin.

This is temporary and all part of the initial & healing process. As the brows heal, the warmth softens, pigment lightens, and the overall result becomes much more natural-looking.

This beautiful woman is actually my aunt.
It was time to add some definition back into her brows to better frame her face and restore balance softly and naturally.

For her, we chose Combo Brows — a combination of Nano Strokes with soft shading throughout. This mimics the way she naturally fills in her brows, making it the best option for her features and everyday look.

I wanted to share her first healed results because I think it’s important for clients to see realistic healing progression. This photo was taken by her and sent to me about 1.5 weeks post-procedure. Her brows will continue to soften and shift slightly as they fully heal.

She will still return for her 6-week perfecting session to reinforce any areas where pigment healed lighter and to refresh the strokes where needed. This is a normal part of the PMU process.

I truly appreciate her allowing me to share her healing journey and selfie. Many clients prefer to keep their photos private, so being able to show realistic 1x semi-healed results is incredibly helpful for others considering PMU.
