Yes! It is true! You are more likely to stick to your goals when you have friend along side you. So! From now through March 31 if you bring a friend who becomes a member you will receive one FREE month as a thank you.

Currently we are offering a 9am session, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However we are going to be expanding the schedule as our program grows!

Vicki crushing the skill from Wednesday!
Due to the weather tomorrow I am going to postpone Saturday's 7:00am class.
Update: I am reviewing my schedule and plan to add two evening classes during the week at the 5:30 or 6:30pm time slots. I would love some feedback as to what works best and would be the most popular. I will also be looking into changing the Saturday morning class to a bit later in the morning to be easier to make it.
