Alexander's Salon & Color Specialists is seeking motivated beauty professionals and cosmetology students who are passionate about advancing their technical skills, growing their confidence, and building a successful future in the beauty industry.
As part of our Assistant Development Program, you'll have the opportunity to support experienced stylists with guest services, shampooing, color applications, and salon operations while continuing to refine your craft through advanced education and hands-on experience.
You'll also have opportunities to work with your own guests through our New Talent Stylist Program, allowing you to gain real-world experience while building your clientele, confidence, and professional presence.
For more than 40 years, Alexander's Salon has been recognized as one of Central Arkansas' premier destinations for cut, color, and professional hair artistry. Our culture is built around education, mentorship, creativity, and a commitment to continuous growth.
