I love when guests are prepared to do what needs to be done. If it’s been more than three months since your last haircut it’s time for another one. 

Even though this is a workspace being kind and cordial is not enough, bubbly and friendly preferred. People expect a level of intimacy from hairstylist that would get them sent to HR at most jobs. That kind of rapport is earned, Y’all be strangers asking the most personal questions then have the nerve to be upset when someone doesn’t want to answer. Very much federal.
