Most people see the machines, the treatments, the before and after photos. And yes, those things are part of what we do in the clinic.
But the truth is, what stays with me the most are the conversations.
So many women walk through our doors carrying more than just skin concerns. They’re tired. They’re stressed. Sometimes they just need a place where someone actually listens. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of hearing life stories, celebrating big moments with patients, and sometimes simply sitting with someone who needed to feel seen for a minute.
Of course we love helping people feel confident in their skin. We love the science behind the treatments and the results that come from them. But at the heart of it, this work has always been about people.
Connection. Trust. Real conversations.
At the end of the day, we are in the business of helping people feel better, both inside and out. And I truly love what I do.

Libido Is More Complicated Than People Think.
One of the most common concerns women quietly share is that their desire has changed. Many women say they still love their partner and their life, but they simply do not feel the same level of desire they once did.
It can feel confusing and sometimes even frustrating.
What many people do not realize is that libido is not controlled by just one hormone. It is influenced by a whole network of systems in the body. Hormones like testosterone and estrogen play a role, but so do stress hormones, thyroid function, brain chemistry, metabolism, and even nutrient levels.
That is why there is rarely one simple answer. Every woman’s body is different and her hormone story is different as well. Looking at the full picture often helps explain changes that once felt mysterious. We are here to help you find answers and feel that vigorous yet again - don't let anything tell you that it's impossible or that you are too old.

I became a nurse practitioner because I kept hearing the same thing from women over and over:
“I just don’t feel like myself.”
I started in aesthetics. Hair at 18. Then Botox, fillers, all the beauty side.
But as my clients aged, the conversation changed.
They were doing everything “right” and still felt awful.
Not tired like, “I have a full life.”
Tired like *tired*.
Sleeping. Trying. Showing up anyway. And still not feeling like their normal.
And for so many women, the expectation is still the same:
You function.
You handle it.
You keep going.
But “pushing through” is not the same as feeling well.
If your energy, mood, and body have shifted and you keep telling yourself it is fine, pause for a second.
You are allowed to ask why.
You are allowed to want answers.
You are allowed to feel like you again.
If we were sitting together over coffee, I’d ask:
What feels different lately that you’ve been trying to normalize?
I’ve been getting so many questions about the Vitamin C scrub I use every morning—so here’s the scoop!
I use it as a dry scrub before my shower, focusing on my thighs, butt, and anywhere cellulite likes to hang out. Dry scrubbing helps stimulate lymphatic flow, boost circulation, and smooth the skin. It’s technically a face scrub, but I use it all over because the results are that good.
If you want to try it, you can find it in our shop at aestheticcreator.com under Viva—trust me, you’ll love it!
Have you ever tried dry scrubbing? Let me know below!

Had your hormones tested before and were told everything looked normal while knowing deep inside something is off? Here's what's going on.
Normal ranges are very broad and they do not always explain how someone is actually feeling.
When we look at hormones, we try to understand the full story. Depending on the situation, labs may look at things like s*x hormones, thyroid function, metabolic markers, inflammation, and nutrient levels.
This information helps us see patterns that might not otherwise be obvious. From there we can talk through options and create a plan that is specific to that person’s body and health goals.
Sometimes the most powerful step is simply understanding what is happening.
Long gone are the days when we just had to suffer. Please come see us if you just don't feel yourself. This year we have expanded into helping you feel your best from the inside and that includes series of labs to help us explain what's going on with your body. We will look deeper than your regular physician and look at the overall picture, not just individual numbers. Then, we can do something about it.

A lot of women come into the clinic and say something that sounds very similar. They tell us that nothing in their life has really changed, but somehow they do not feel the same anymore. They feel more tired than they used to. Their mind feels a little foggy. Their motivation is not quite there and they cannot explain why.
For many women this starts slowly, so slowly that it is easy to assume it is just stress or getting older. But very often it is your body trying to tell you something. Hormones quietly influence your energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and even how connected you feel to yourself.
If you have been feeling different lately and cannot quite explain why, it may be worth taking a closer look. A hormone consultation is simply a starting point. It gives us the chance to listen, understand what you have been experiencing, and explore whether testing or support could help.

Estheticians vs. Dermatologists: Who Should You See?
When it comes to skincare, both estheticians and dermatologists can help you achieve healthy, glowing skin—but their expertise and services are different! Here’s a quick guide:
💆♀️ Estheticians
• Licensed professionals specializing in cosmetic skin care.
• Services include facials, waxing, superficial chemical peels, and more.
• Perfect for maintaining skin health and treating surface-level concerns like dullness or dryness.
👩⚕️ Dermatologists
• Medical doctors trained to diagnose and treat skin conditions.
• Services include prescriptions, medical-grade procedures (like deep chemical peels or lasers), and addressing serious concerns like acne or eczema.
• Ideal for complex skin issues or long-term treatment plans.
Both play important roles in skincare! For maintenance and pampering, visit an esthetician. For medical concerns or advanced treatments, a dermatologist is your go-to.
💡 Not sure which one you need? Start with us to discuss your goals and we’ll guide you in the right direction!
If you choose to get aesthetic treatments in another country, that is your choice.
But I want you to understand something before you do it.
Products are not always the same from country to country. Regulations are different. Approval processes are different. And sometimes, the products that come to market elsewhere are not the same products we are using here.
That does not automatically mean every product is unsafe.
But it does mean that if you come back months later and want someone here to fix it, we may not know exactly what is in your face or body.
And if I do not know what was used, how much was used, where it was placed, or how your body responded, I may not be able to safely correct it.
That is not me being difficult.
That is me protecting you.
Because fixing a complication is not the same as starting with a clean, clear treatment plan.
So if you are considering treatment somewhere else, please ask questions.
What product is being used?
Is it approved where you live?
Can you get the exact name and lot number?
Who will help you if something does not look or feel right later?
What happens if you need follow-up care?
You can do whatever feels right for you, but you also need to understand the responsibility that comes with it.
Aesthetic treatments are still medical treatments.
And safety should always be part of the decision.
