Inside the pod at Allure Float Spa, hundreds of pounds of Epsom salts dissolve in water heated to 93.5 degrees, creating the magical sensation of weightlessness. Shielded from sounds and light, floaters can stretch out in the warm water during float sessions, which produce the same kinds of benefits as deep sleep or intense meditation.
