When my client came in, I immediately noticed her natural lashes were not in a condition that could safely support extensions. As much as I would’ve loved to get her glammed up, I knew the best decision was to pause, educate, and focus on restoring her lash health before moving forward.

Lash extensions should enhance, not harm. And sometimes the best appointment is the one we reschedule 💭
