Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness is hiring a full-time Director of Operations to support our North Ogden and Mountain Green locations!

This role is for someone who loves building strong teams, creating structure, improving systems, and turning big-picture goals into clear action. You’ll work closely with ownership while helping lead our team, strengthen the client experience, and support the continued growth of Reclaim.

We’re looking for an experienced, people-centered leader who can bring both empathy and accountability to the role — someone who knows how to develop people, solve problems, and create clarity in a growing organization.
