After your wax, your skin needs a minute to calm down. For the first 24–48 hours:

🔥 Skip hot tubs, saunas, and extra-hot showers
🏋️ Avoid heavy sweating and intense workouts
👖 Keep tight clothing and friction to a minimum
😏 Yes… *that* kind of friction counts too
🧼 Keep the area clean, calm, and moisturized

Then it’s time to stay consistent with your aftercare lineup:
