A huge thank you to The Gallery at North Port for welcoming Onda Therapy and giving me the opportunity to introduce aquatic bodywork and share a little of what happens during an Onda Therapy session. 🌊💛

And a very special thank you to Alexis and Eva, who reached out to me, believed in what I do, and opened the door for this experience to happen. I’m truly grateful for your kindness, your support, and for seeing Onda as something that could bring value to your community.

One of my favorite parts of growing Onda has been meeting people who are curious about new ways to feel better, move better, and take care of their bodies. Being able to bring this work into the community (especially into the water!) was absolutely amazing!

Thank you for having me, for sharing Onda with your residents, and for making me feel so welcome. 💛

And because none of these moments happen completely alone, I also want to thank Michele Moore for being my "guinea pig” that day, and for helping me to believe that English will never be a barrier for me to do what I wanna do; my husband Mario Antonio Lacerda, who is always there helping me, supporting me, and believing in every crazy dream I come up with, and my amazing neighbor, who became a great friend Lori Arcuri Yarnall, for always showing up with love and support, since the day I graduated!

My friends and family truly are my everything. 💛

I hope this is only the beginning of many more beautiful experiences together!

Today I want to share with you all something very special that happened last week. 💛 And every time I read it, I get a little emotional.

Every time you come in for a Therapeutic Session, there is always a follow-up afterward to see how your body is feeling. And that is not AI or an automated message... that’s me, personally reaching out to you and asking, “How is your body feeling today?”

Most of the time, I get good news back. But sometimes those messages make me emotional, because I know how much some of you have been struggling before you walk through my door. I know how long some of you have been dealing with pain, limitations, or not being able to do the things you love.

So when I hear that you’re feeling better, moving better, sleeping better, or getting back to the things you love… it genuinely makes my heart melt with joy. 🥹

Aubrey, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Thank you for trusting me with your body, your pain, your story, and your healing process.

I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you for allowing me to be a little part of your journey.
