🚨🚨🚨 Anyone else going through this?! 🚨🚨🚨 On a very serious note, we continue to receive fake 5-star Google reviews that falsely claim we provide inappropriate sexual services. These reviews are being posted from fake accounts. Although I report them immediately and Google removes them, they reappear a few days later under a different account using nearly identical wording.

Unfortunately, this isn’t just an online issue. We still receive phone calls from people asking if we offer these types of services, and now these false reviews are publicly appearing on our Google Business profile for everyone to see.

This is not funny. It is ongoing harassment, and both my staff and I are exhausted by it. We have worked incredibly hard to build a reputable business based on professionalism, ethics, and quality care. As licensed massage therapists and estheticians, we take tremendous pride in what we do, and these false accusations are offensive and damaging to our reputation.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Other than continuing to report the reviews to Google, is there anything else that has actually worked to stop this from happening?
