The cold hard truth is I was burnt out. I was overwhelmed, stressed, and felt like I wasn’t the best version of me. This week was EXACTLY what my mind and body needed. I’m feeling refreshed, well rested, and ready to see all your beautiful faces 🫶🏻

As much as I love my career and what I do, it can be overwhelming at times. This week, although a vacation, reminded me that it’s okay to take a break. To be selfish for an hour, a day, or even a week. Let this be your reminder to take care of you first! The best version of me is here and ready to do some hair !!
