Conference room with artificial light vs professorial pics. Gorgeous regardless, but just KNOW you look so much better than what my iPhone camera is reading in that environment. With that said, brides: space is EVERYTHING. Your hairstylist and makeup artist will thank you if you provide them with plenty of space to spread out and work vs a tiny hotel room with great lighting!

Had so many requests to turn my story into a post, so here you go!
A “small” makeup kit restock somehow turned into a $1,300 Sephora receipt 🫣 And the wild part? It was mostly just replacing essentials.
People often see the finished glam, but not the constant investment behind the scenes: luxury products, sanitation, restocking, testing new formulas, keeping shades stocked for every skin tone, and making sure everything performs beautifully both in person and on camera (not to mention general business overhead).
Professional makeup artistry is expensive to maintain, but giving our clients the best experience possible will always be worth it.
(And honestly… we’ll probably all laugh in a few years when these same items cost $2,262.29 😂)

Spent yesterday getting ready for her wedding in the coolest bank-turned-home in Gloucester. Also had the pleasure of working with some of my favorite artists in the process! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful bride (inside and out!)☀️
