I always say that “medicine comes in many different forms”. And this is so true even with the tissues that make up your body. Our fascial system surrounds every single muscle, bone, organ, and cell. If there are fascial restriction ANYWHERE in your body, they can prevent the proper uptake of nutrients and any supplements we take. Myofascial Release body work helps to support the proper function of all our body systems and nourishing on the cellular level.
