Almost a Decade of Us 🤍

Almost 10 years ago, we started this journey together at SmartStyle. From there, we took a chance on ourselves and moved to Rock Paper Scissors, never knowing where this crazy career would eventually take us.

Then came the dream we once talked about in college… owning our very own salon. ✂️🤍

Looking back now, I’m honestly overwhelmed by how far we’ve come. We’ve grown as stylists, business owners, women, and most importantly, as friends. Somewhere between the long days, late nights, laughter, tears, stressful moments, big decisions, celebrations, and everything in between, our partnership became something so much bigger.

It became a sisterhood.

Ella, I am so incredibly proud of us. We dreamed about this. We made business plans in college about “one day” owning a salon…and then we actually went out and made it happen.

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been ups, downs, changes, challenges, and plenty of moments where we were figuring things out as we went. But I truly wouldn’t want to have done any of it with anyone else.

We have been blessed beyond measure with amazing clients who have followed us, supported us, trusted us, and grown with us through every chapter. And we have families and friends who have stood behind some of our craziest ideas and continued cheering us on.

Thank you. There truly aren’t enough words for what your support has meant to us.

And Ella…thank you for being there through every version of this dream. From two girls in college making business plans, to coworkers, to business partners, salon owners, and sisters by choice. 🤍

We may have started with a dream, but together we built something real.

Almost a decade down… and so many more years, memories, and dreams still to go. 🥂

Here’s to us, to how far we’ve come, and to everything that’s still ahead.
