✨London Parris, a formal dancer started at an early age in ballet and tap classes, she went on to be a top educated and known cheer coach, she then started to choreograph for dance, she also has a history of coaching track and field.

✨London cheered for Penn Hills High School and earned her diploma in 2011. London started coaching cheerleading at the young age of 14. She helped with a cheer team and a couple years later the team was passed down to her. At age 17, she turned the team into a local competitive squad. She has been helping with other cheer teams around town since high school. All the while, she was a dancer and cheerleader herself, coached under Janet Ferrell aka “Mama Ferrell”

✨London ran track throughout high school and was top one of top 3 hurdlers in the WPIAL in 2011. London attended Slippery Rock University, scouted by track coaches she had a partial scholarship, her second year she helped the team win the Pennsylvania State Athletics conference title. Also while at Slippery Rock she joined the hip hop dance team “Jamrock” (You Know) and after 2 years she earned the co-captain position, she helped make up choreography and scheduled dance performances at the school as well as other places, her and the team were very successful and even got to perform at a Cleveland Cavalier game.

💚London graduated with a BA in Science, majoring in Environmental Science and her minor was Women/Gender Studies.

💜A huge part of her early adult years were occupied by coaching the one and only Lady Diamonds Revamped studio. London was part owner and head choreographer of LDR,
Apart of a strong management team she got to creat fun memories, grow, learn and become family with her colleagues Ebony Cohen and Latoya Hickman. LDR pushed Coach Lon to new heights she couldnt think she would reach. As they transitioned out, a new venture was brewing.

🩷 The birth of Lovely Pristine Diamonds of the London Parris Dance Company came about in 2026. Students there focus on hip hop, ballroom (vogue) ballet, jazz, tumbling and majorette genres. Whether guiding students in their career paths or training young artists to step into their spotlight. She had been dreaming of this day for a long time and cant wait to show the world her expertise, class, knowledge and out of the box performances that she is known for. Her story is one of fearless expression, relentless hustle, and the belief that with rhythm, vision, and soul, anything is possible.

With a lifelong dedication to movement, she has trained and inspired countless young dancers, cheerleaders, and athletes—channeling her deep expertise in dance, cheer, and track and field into the next generation of talent
