I officially upgraded from Botnia’s “Essential Enzymes” -which is a great way to gently exfoliant either as a mask or cleanser. I used essential enzymes in my exfoliation mask for consistency, but once I ran out I replaced it with Botnia’s Backbar version which is “Essential Digest.”🌿

Essential Digest is great for not only exfoliating the skin, but BREAKING down that plant matter in the mask -making it more bioavailable to the skins surface. Allowing your skin to absorb the full benefits of each plant compound🪷
