Watching these girls grow behind the chair has been the best. They’ve worked hard, built their books, continued to learn and grow, and most importantly, built such amazing relationships with their clients.

Moving up a level at Lux is something you earn, and these three have absolutely earned it. We see the work they put in every single day, and watching their confidence, talent, and careers continue to grow makes us so proud.
