Recently, our hearts were deeply saddened to hear feedback that some of our clients felt misled or unfairly charged regarding our pricing. We always strive to bring you the best service with a warm, happy environment, so hearing that anyone felt this way truly hurts. We want to be completely transparent with you because your trust means everything to us.
To help clarify, we would love to share how our pricing works for specialized designs, using two recent sets as examples:
The Orange Aura Set (as seen in image.png): This features a Full Set ($50) + Special Almond Shape ($5) + Intricate Aura/Ombre Nail Art ($15), bringing the total to $70.
The Blue Polka Dot Set (as seen in image_2.png): This features a Full Set ($50) + Special Shape ($5) + Polka Dot & French Design ($10), bringing the total to $65.
We always want to make sure you know exactly what you are paying for before we start. We know we are not perfect, and we are always learning. If there is anything we are lacking, or if our communication hasn't been clear enough, we sincerely apologize.
