Disappointment strikes once again! 😥 Our Sunset Cruise scheduled for this evening is canceled again due to the inclement weather. So..... we're going to give this one last chance. Next Thursday, September 3rd, will be our final choice, as the Cruises will come to a close for the season.

Hi everyone! Due to the low response to the prospected August 12th Sunset cruise, I'm going to explore other dates. So....nevermind - ignore the original post!

Good Morning fellow Aquafit members! Long time no see! I hope everyone is doing well, keeping up with your fitness, and staying cool! I have been thinking about hosting a Sunset Cruise, and am putting out feelers to see who would be interested. Right now, I'm scoping out dates, and so far, have come up with open availability on the Ferry for Wednesday, August 12th at 5:30pm. Please let me know, either through comments on this post, or through private messenger to my personal page.

This was just brought to my attention this afternoon:
LA Fitness located at 761 Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT, is closing permanently on April 7, according to recent reports. A sign in the lobby indicated the closure of this large-scale gym, with some speculation that the location might eventually reopen under a different Fitness International brand, such as a signature club or Club Studio.
It has been my pleasure working with each and every one of you, and I hope you will continue your fitness through another LA Fitness, local gym or YMCA. Be well everybody!

Good Morning! Unfortunately, the pool is still CLOSED, therefore, Aquafit-Norwalk class is CANCELED
**As many of you are aware, I will be out for the next several weeks. Please be sure to call LA Fitness to get any further updates on the pool opening. So far, I'm sad to say, there are no substitute instructors as of yet, but 'when' the pool does open, I urge you to continue your workout regimen.
