In a world that often feels divided and broken, how can we find common ground and work together to nourish ourselves and each other? How can our community create a path toward growth and connection?

Our mission is to improve our community’s health by providing opportunities to build relationships, learn, and grow food together- and this is what we strive toward every day.

Since 2011 we have been providing land access for gardening and youth development opportunities. In the past few years we’ve merged our summer program with Robert’s Farm Experiential Learning Center, creating a program that combines STEM education with gardening and cooking skills. Our farmers’ market has become a highly anticipated weekly feature of summer in Norway. The wide range in age and demographics of folks that show up for our cooking classes, community meals, and events creates rich opportunities for conversation and connection. Our food pantry provides ready to eat food and fresh produce 7 days per week on a self-serve basis, stocked with food donated and prepared by volunteers in our commercial kitchen.

While doing a bit of computer work I came across this bad review on Google 😂
I remember the day quite well. I was waiting for an important phone call, so I stupidly answered an unknown number while driving. It was this woman, someone who has never been to my salon, looking for an appointment that week. I told her that I may have something open but I didn’t have my book in front of me because I was driving and I would have to call her back. When I got with my schedule I called to let her know that I did not have an opening that week but I had one the following week.. At that point she proceeded to call me a liar, along with a few other choice words, and ended up hanging up on me. I didn’t realize til now that she actually gave me a one star review! 😱
Prior to this review I had ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on Google. 16 years in business. Gosh darn it, she brought me down to 4.8! 🤣
