I’m going to start trying out half-day piercing sessions on school half days in different South Shore towns ✨

Hoping this gives families more weekday options AND helps free up some of the weekend appointment demand 🙌🏻

There’s something really awesome about when your nurse friends trust you with their kids 💕

You can trauma bond over codes, rapid responses, and out of control patients on the floor (shout out to police and security😂) …but this is a much different experience than our time together at the hospital. It’s calm, contained, safe, and FUN.

📣 I pierce both ears at the exact same time, so the appointment is quick, easy, and over before most little ones even realize it’s done. It’s one of the biggest reasons families choose South Shore Piercing!

☀️ My girls are in camp for the next couple of weeks, which means I have extra daytime appointment availability (Monday–Friday). I’ll also be opening select evening appointments as my amazing babysitters allow. If evenings work best for your family, just send me a message and I’ll do my best to make it happen!

Being a school nurse, I’ve seen everything when it comes to ears—infected piercings, embedded backs, irritation that just won’t quit… you name it. Factor in being a girl mom, and that made me realize how different ear piercing should be done compared to how we grew up walking into places like Claire’s.

Back then, it was quick, convenient… and no one really talked about sterile technique, metal sensitivity, or proper aftercare. Now I know better—and I can’t unsee it. Tattoo parlors and piercing studios can be intimidating for littles.
