Shoulders, neck, hips, and low back, are just a few of the chronic complaints I hear about each day. Massage with me takes into account what you put your body through that has lead to where you are now. We discuss small steps and shifts to help progress back towards wellness. My biggest wins are when a client comes in and has less pain than when they came in four weeks ago.
